Why you should be drinking more water
Imagine the human body as a car. The same goes for our cars. Ensuring they have oil promotes a functioning machine, and when they lack it, a mess often follows.
The recommended daily intake of water can vary based on the individual and other factors, such as excess sweating from working out and kidney or thyroid issues. A general rule of thumb is to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
How does water help our bodies?
